The company has 3 sets of existing devices: boiler device, biomass device, organic matter cracking device. The main products are: steam, cracking oil, liquefied petroleum gas raw materials.
The company has built 200,000 tons/year organic cracking cycle comprehensive utilization project. The project is a key project for the province's green, low-carbon and high-quality development, and will treat 200,000 tons of waste organic matter (of which waste plastics account for about 70% and waste tires account for about 30%). The main principle is to use the cracking furnace to crack the waste polymer material at high temperature to generate low molecular and high value-added products. It can produce 740,000 tons of steam annually, produce 61,400 tons of liquefied gas and 61,500 tons of cracked oil (all used as raw materials for comprehensive utilization on the original unit), while the output of 22,200 tons of dry gas and 44,600 tons of solid waste as the main fuel are sent to the mixed combustion furnace for high temperature (furnace temperature above 1000℃) harmless treatment. The annual increase in comprehensive energy consumption of the project is -250,000 tons of standard coal (equivalent value). The entire production process has reached "near zero" emissions, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 350,000 tons per year. The total investment of the project is 650 million yuan, and the sales revenue of 520 million yuan and profits and taxes of 130 million yuan can be achieved after completion.
