Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Weifang, Shandong Province, China, Orilon New Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the development and manufacturing of specialty chemicals and high-performance polymer materials. Orilon New Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd. provides a range of high performance polymer materials products. These include polysulfone (PSU), polyether sulfone (PESU), polyphenyl sulfone (PPSU), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), specialty polyaryl ether sulfone (PAES), specialty polyaryl ether ketone (PAEK), new ultra-high performance polyaryl ketone (PAK), and new ultra-high performance polyaryl sulfone (PAS). Our innovative chemistry and proprietary formulations can be customized to meet the needs of various applications to provide the following characteristics: high heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, high strength and toughness, corrosion and wear resistance, insulation, inherent flame retardant, light weight and more.

Polyether ether ketone (PEEK)



HTMax® polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a semi-crystalline ultra-high performance polymer material with excellent fatigue and chemical resistance properties. Chemical tolerance of PEEK is similar to that of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). However, PEEK has better impact resistance, is able to operate at higher temperatures, and still maintains excellent mechanical properties at sustained temperatures up to 260°C. PEEK is considered to be one of the highest performing semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer materials.

PEEK combines a range of exceptional properties that ultimately make it an effective alternative to metal in some of the most demanding environments. PEEK has the following outstanding characteristics: excellent chemical resistance (to organic matter, acid and alkali), excellent wear and corrosion resistance, first-class fatigue resistance, low moisture absorption to ensure dimensional stability, excellent dielectric properties, low loss at high temperatures and high frequencies, high purity, and high mechanical strength at temperatures in excess of 260°C.






Polysulfone series (HTMax®PSU, PESU, PPSU)



HTMax® PSU, PESU and PPSU are based on polysulfone (PSU), polyphenylethone (PPSU) and polyether sulfone (PESU) high-performance polymer materials with extremely high heat resistance. They have a wide range of superior properties and can be molded into high-quality engineering components and high-load mass-produced items. They can be processed by almost all the technologies used for thermoplastics.

HTMax® polysulfone can be successfully used in applications where other plastics, such as polyamides, polycarbonate, polyformaldehyde, polyalkyl terephthalate, polyphenylene sulfide and high-temperature polyamides, do not meet the requirements. Polysulfone has extraordinary versatility and can replace thermosetting plastics, metals and ceramics.

HTMax® polysulfone main characteristics: high heat resistance, PSU glass transition temperature of about 190℃, PESU and PPSU glass transition temperature of 225℃, high mechanical properties, good dimensional stability, not easy to creep at high temperature, resistance to fuel, coolant, hot water, steam, moisture, alcohol, fluoride; Can be disinfected repeatedly; Transparent as natural resin, inherent flame retardant, flame resistance, low heat release, low smoke, low toxic emissions, approved for food contact and drinking water.

HTMax® polysulfone is suitable for extrusion, blending modification and injection molding applications. Ideal for one of the following applications: high, low ambient temperature, humidity, need to be in contact with food, medicine or water, must be sterilized, must be transparent, must be malleable, need to have high creep resistance, contact with alkali and acid, need to have tight tolerances, need to have high dimensional stability without warping, need to be flame retardant.

HTMax® polysulfone (PSU) is an amorphous rigid and strong high-temperature thermoplastic polymer material that can be molded into a variety of shapes and parts by injection molding, extrusion or thermoforming for a variety of applications.

PSU resin has outstanding high performance characteristics, including: excellent thermal stability, high toughness and strength, good resistance to environmental stress cracking, high thermal deformation temperature (174°C), flame resistance, dimensional stability, low shrinkage, transparency, low creep.

HTMax®PPSU polystyrene sulfone is an amorphous rigid and strong high-temperature thermoplastic polymer material with excellent impact resistance. It can be machined into various shapes and parts by injection molding, extrusion or thermoforming for a variety of applications. It is BPA-free, resistant to high temperatures for long periods of time and repeatedly sterilized, making it ideal for manufacturing dental tools, medical equipment, food trays, baby bottles, and other food service uses.

Polystyrene sulfone (PPSU) resins offer outstanding high performance properties, including: High thermal deformation temperature (207°C), excellent toughness and impact strength, excellent long-term hydrolysis stability, ability to withstand repeated steam sterilization without significant loss of performance, better chemical tolerance than polysulfone (PSU) and polyetherimide (PEI), inherent flame retardancy, transparency, dyeability.

HTMax®PESU is a high-temperature polyether sulfone thermoplastic polymer material suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 204°C. It is resistant to water, chemicals and high temperatures for long periods of time and is suitable for a wide end-use temperature range from -40°C to 204°C.

HTMax®PESU resin offers excellent performance characteristics including: excellent thermal stability, good chemical resistance, high thermal deformation temperature (204°C), excellent electrical performance, flame resistance, dimensional stability, low shrinkage, transparency. PESU can be used in applications requiring higher thermal capacity, inherent flame retardancy, better chemical resistance and improved mechanical properties.





Poly (Arylson® P Series)



The Arylson® P series is an amber-colored transparent amorphous high performance thermoplastic polymer material with a glass transition temperature range from 240°C to 260°C. It has excellent high temperature resistance, high strength and stiffness, and a wide range of chemical resistance. Ideal for extrusion, injection molding and thermoforming applications. The resin itself is flame retardant and can be used in electronic components and test equipment.

Arylson® P resin offers outstanding high performance characteristics including: excellent thermal stability, high strength and stiffness, good chemical resistance, high thermal deformation temperatures up to 240°C, excellent electrical performance, self-flame retardancy, low smoke density, hydrolysis resistance at high temperatures and dimensional stability, low shrinkage, transparency.
