II. construction content
Upgrade the original triisobutyl aluminum production plant, make full use of the company's existing land, rational use of resources. The 1# and 3# of the existing 4 synthesis reactors of triisobutyl aluminum were transformed into mixing reactors and batching reactors for triethylaluminum production, and a new micro-channel reactor (tubular reactor) was used for triethylaluminum production. The 2# and 4# reactors were retained for the production of triisobutyl aluminum. New micro channel reactor (tubular reactor), feed pump, premix, hydrogen compressor, flash tower, filling pump and other equipment 25 sets (sets). After the completion of the technical transformation, the production capacity of triisobutyl aluminum changed from 1000t/a to 500t/a, and the new production capacity of triethylaluminum was 1000t/a. Triethylaluminum adopts continuous process to increase the number of automatic control points, improve the automation level of the device, and thus improve the safety of the device. Increase the variety of products, and then increase the company's efficiency and market competitiveness.
