Main construction contents: Upgrading and reforming the original triisobutyl aluminum production plant, making full use of the company's existing land and rationally utilizing resources. The 1# and 3# reactors of the existing 4 synthesis reactors of triisobutyl aluminum were transformed into mixing reactors and batching reactors for triethylaluminum production, and a new microchannel reactor was used for triethylaluminum production. Reserve 2# and 4# triisobutyl aluminum reactors for the production of triisobutyl aluminum. New micro channel reactor, feed pump, premix, hydrogen compressor, flash tower, filling pump and other equipment 25 sets (sets). After the completion of the technical transformation, the production capacity of triisobutyl aluminum changed from 1000t/a to 500t/a, and the new production capacity of triethylaluminum was 1000t/a. Triethylaluminum adopts continuous process to increase the number of automatic control points, improve the automation level of the device, and thus improve the safety of the device.
