PART.1 Definition of temporary electricity use
Temporary electricity refers to temporary power lines, installed various electrical, distribution boxes to provide mechanical equipment power source and lighting (definition from the original jgj46-2005).
PART.2 Types of risks associated with temporary electricity use
There are three characteristics of temporary electricity consumption at the construction site: first, it involves a wide range of construction areas, second, there are many types of machinery and equipment, and third, the operation point is not fixed. The main safety risks of temporary electricity use in construction sites are: electric shock, short circuit fire, electrical equipment failure, false electric shock, improper operation, etc.
PART.3 Three principles of temporary electricity
1.Three level power distribution system.
2.TN-S zero protection system is adopted.

3.Two-stage leakage protection system is adopted. "Two-stage protection" means that the main distribution box and switch box must be equipped with leakage protection.

PART.4 Safety requirements for temporary electricity operation
Do not work without approval. For all temporary electricity use, an application must be submitted before operation and can only be carried out after approval;
Special operators must be certified to work. Electrical operation personnel should have the necessary safety production skills and basic knowledge, participate in the local competentdepartment or industry supervision department organized special operation personnel examination, after passing the examination, obtain the qualification certificate, can take the post, receive enterprise safety education and training every year;
Electrical operators should strictly operate in accordance with the operating standards. When working, you should wear work clothes, insulating shoes, insulating gloves and other labor protection products, and tie up safety belts when working at height. The key parts should be supervised by one person, and reliable safety measures should be taken.
Regular maintenance of lines and circuits, aging wires should be replaced in time;
Make the crossover plate connection and grounding device for the corresponding equipment according to the regulations;
No live work, no random connection of temporary wires. If temporary power supply is urgently needed in production, a "temporary electric ticket" must be applied, wired by an electrician, and the height and insulation should be set up according to regulations.
Electrical personnel do daily inspection and shift over, thunderstorm weather to strengthen inspection, each shift to check the temporary power line once;
Do daily inspection of fixed power lines, and make records;
When the staff is cleaning and wiping the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to wash the electrical equipment with water or wipe it with a wet cloth;
Non-electrical personnel are strictly forbidden to touch, disassemble and overhaul electrical equipment without permission, and report any anomalies in time.
PART.5 Safety measures during temporary electricity operation
1. The distribution power unit shall include temporary power facilities in the scope of normal electrical operation inspection, ensure daily inspection, and establish inspection records and hidden trouble handling ledger to ensure that the temporary power supply facilities are intact, and the distribution power unit has the right to emergency power outage in case of major hidden trouble;
2.The voltage of the running lamp should not exceed 36 volts, and the voltage of the temporary lighting running lamp installed should not exceed 12 volts in particularly humid places or in the operation of metal equipment such as towers, tanks, tanks, etc.
3.The temporary power consumption unit shall strictly abide by the temporary power consumption regulations, shall not arbitrarily change the location and content of the operation, and shall not arbitrarily increase the power load or transfer power to other units without permission;
4.During the validity period of temporary power consumption, in case of shutdown or personnel leaving during the operation, the temporary power consumption unit shall cut off the temporary power switch from the receiving end to the power supply end one by one, and power can be transmitted only after checking and confirming the lines and equipment when the operation is restarted.
5.When connecting and removing the temporary power line on the switch, the upper switch should be powered off, locked and affixed with a safety warning sign;
6. When all power consumption operations are completed, the temporary power consumption unit shall turn off the temporary power switch from the receiving end to the power supply end one by one, and the distribution unit shall remove the temporary power consumption facilities and close the temporary power safety operation certificate.
PART.6 Temporary electricity "ten forbidden"
1.If the safety technology disclosure is not carried out or the disclosure is not clear before the project starts , it is not allowed to work;
2.If you do not have a valid electrical operating certificate , it is not allowed to work;
3.If the temporary electricity use plan has not been approved , it is not allowed to work;
4.If you do not properly wear labor protective equipment , it is not allowed to work;
5.If the access circuit is not clear, it is not allowed to work;
6.If the device to be added is unqualified, it is not allowed to work;
7.If the power off operation is not locked, there is no safety warning sign and there is no personnel on duty, it is not allowed to work;
8.If the on-site switchboard box does not implement the rain protection measures, it is not allowed to work;
9.If "three-level power distribution, two-level protection" is not achieved, it is not allowed to work;
10.If the operation is longer than 15 days without safety verification, it is not allowed to work;
