According to the Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection for Construction Projects and the Announcement on the Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection for the Completion of Construction Projects (Environmental Assessment (2017) No. 4), etc., construction projects should disclose the following information to the public on their websites or in other ways that are convenient for the public to know:
(1) After the completion of the environmental protection facilities supporting the construction project, the completion date shall be disclosed;
(2) Before commissioning the environmental protection facilities supporting the construction project, the start and end date of debugging shall be disclosed.
