The environmental impact assessment of the project shall be publicized before submission for approval
According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Protection (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), in order to promote and standardize public participation in the environmental impact assessment of the project, the full text of the environmental impact report for approval and the public participation explanation of the project are now publicized.
The environmental impact report of this project is submitted for approval in Annex 1.
Public participation in this project is described in Annex 2.
